  • What a great day, the instructor was excellent and I learned so much. Wedding anniversary the next day and was able to cook the wife a perfect anniversary dinner. looking forward to cooking a barbeque that does not have charcoal burnt sausages, burgers and drumsticks!! Looking forward to trying another course, perhaps the Indian one!

  • Course we attended was at the Cowshead, Banchory. both my partner and myself attended (she normally watches as I Bar BQ but decided she needed more information), we had the best time ever, Nick the chef was great and took time to explain everything he was doing and answer any (sometime stupid) questions, the course was great and showed us some new techniques and cooking styles, great day! would recommend to any one, well done Weber and very well done Nick

  • What a fantastic night we had at the first of the season, Grill Academy on tour at Whitehall GC! My husband, in laws and I had a fabulous evening and we learnt so much. The team providing the show offered great advice and not once did they stop smiling. They all had such good rapport which emulated through the people watching. The chef was amazing to watch, he was very talented and funny. He made the evening a fun one and by doing so you took all the information in he had to offer.

  • What a fantastic, hands on, thoroughly enjoyable day! I had no idea that such superb food could be cooked on the barbecue. I had never tried Beer Can Chicken before and having cooked it again since, can safely say I have never tasted chicken so moist and succulent.
