To make the Grill Academy experience more accessible to customers Weber® Grill Academy courses will be running at cookery schools all across the UK and ROI. During the day you will create a delicious meal of several courses, cooked on both gas and charcoal barbecues using a variety of Weber accessories.

- Barbecue management - how to control the temperature of the barbecue, how to use the heat and space on the grill
- Direct and in-direct cooking methods so you will be able to grill, roast and bake almost anything on your barbecue.
